About Taylor

Having grown up as an athlete and actively participating in soccer and Taekwondo, I've witnessed firsthand the resilience of the human body amidst injuries and the remarkable return to sport. I vividly remember a teammate tearing her ACL, enduring months of recovery and physical therapy, only to courageously return to play soccer.  She then faced another setback, tearing her other ACL within a few games.  She recovered from this injury as well and return to both soccer and snow boarding.  Her journey served as my initial glimpse into the incredible capacity for recovery when fueled by proper guidance, nourishment, and unwavering determination. Inspired by her resilience, I developed a fervent passion for aiding individuals in reclaiming what they cherish most in life—be it competitive sports or simply enjoying life's moments with family and vitality.

My journey began as a D1 athlete in women's soccer at The University of Rhode Island before I transitioned to a New Jersey school, ultimately earning my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kean University in 2011. This paved the way for my pursuit of physical therapy, leading me to Long Island University in Brooklyn, where I obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May of 2014. Commencing my career in an outpatient orthopedic setting, I had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional clinicians, further honing my expertise. Relocating to Texas, I continued my journey in outpatient orthopedics, completing an Orthopedic Residency. Following the joy of starting a family, I seized the opportunity to contribute to a Residency program as part of the faculty, assuming the role of an educator. Presently, I am a board-certified clinician in Orthopedics, holding certifications in dry needling and pregnant/post-partum pelvic floor physical therapy.

Through these diverse experiences, I've come to the realization that juggling multiple patients in an hour, followed by extensive documentation, lacked the gratification I initially sought in helping others. With unwavering support from my husband and cherished friends, I am embarking on a transformative journey to establish a truly patient-centered practice—one where individual needs are prioritized and holistic well-being is fostered.

I am deeply committed to assisting individuals seeking to enhance their movement, fitness, and overall well-being. Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, striving to optimize your workouts, or endeavoring to overcome persistent pain hindering your favorite activities, I am here to guide and support you along your path. These are the individuals I am impassioned to serve, and I am dedicated to empowering them on their journey toward improved health and vitality.
